**Your new company**
Join a rapidly growing ANZ Property Development organisation on an initial 6-month part-time contract with high view for extension. Undergoing an enterprise wide digital transformation with a large pipeline of work.
**Your new role**
As a part time Change Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bringing the business along the change journey whilst undergoing an enterprise wide ERP transformation. Working with the Change Manager, you will meet with change champions and create change impact assessments, to ensure the business understands and adopts the new process and system changes.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience as a Change Analyst.
- Able to work part time and go on site 3 days per week.
- Strong relationship building and implement effective change plans/ reporting,
- Experience within various sized organisations, and within property or real-estate will be beneficial
