Claims Assistant - Liability

Sedgwick is now seeking a proactive, driven and experienced Claims Assistant to support our Liability Adjusters. This exciting career opportunity will provide you with the opportunity to utilise your high-level administration skills to progress your career at Sedgwick.

**_What are my accountabilities? _**
- Setting up and managing claim files assisting our loss adjusting team
- Manage customer and client enquiries and provide positive and effective solutions, including complex claim scenarios
- Providing proactive administrative support to our loss adjusters
- Liaising with customer, clients and suppliers to enable to sp
- eedy resolution of claims
- Assisting to manage inbound calls

**_About you _**:

- Previous corporate administration or coordination experience
- Time management skills including the ability to multitask
- Ability to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced skills in Microsoft office
