**Systems Support Officer**

Are you a tech enthusiast eager to make a wave in the Mining Solutions world? This is your chance to shine We're seeking a stellar Systems Support Officer to join our tight-knit team and take the reins of our systems with finesse and expertise.

From managing sales support tasks like processing quoting requests to being the backbone of our CRM and ERP systems, your role will be instrumental in enabling smooth operations. Plus, you'll be the creative genius behind our online presence, managing the Mining Solutions Kommunity page and Newsfeed with precision. If collaborating with passionate teams and being the MVP of our operations sounds exciting, this role is your perfect match

**Location**: Wacol, QLD

**Hours**:Monday - Friday

**Requirements**:

- Prior administrative systems support experience, preferably within a similar industry
- Proficient in Excel for data handling and Power BI for analysis
- Skilled in SharePoint for collaboration and data organisation
- Understanding of sales operations and CRM systems for efficient business support
