About the Role

The role supports site-based maintenance leaders in executing service schedules and maintenance backlogs by preparing and communicating project-based short-term maintenance plans.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for:

  • Executing Short-Term Maintenance Plans
  • Conducting Site-Based Machine Inspections
  • Preparing and Reviewing Asset Management Documents
  • Coordinating Resource Procurement
  • Managing Maintenance Backlogs
  • Collaborating with Suppliers
  • Recording Equipment Data
  • Ensuring Compliance
  • Generating Reports
Requirements
  • Australian Recognised Mechanical/Electrical Trade Certificate or relevant Tertiary Qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role in either the Civil or Mining sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and coordinate equipment downtime.
  • Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CMMS systems.
  • Exposure to fleet planning and maintenance of large Civil and Mining fleets (desired).
