Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing operations, assets, and the annual capital works program at Fed Square;
Drive strategy, manage property and tenancies, and ensure the precinct delivers outstanding cultural, commercial, and community outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bring proven senior leadership in precinct or asset management with experience to oversee property, tenancy, operational excellence, and delivery of capital works projects.
Demonstrate strength in stakeholder engagement, commercial acumen, and high-level negotiation, backed by strategic thinking and a proven track record in delivery.
Tertiary Qualifications:
Tertiary qualifications in business, project, or facilities management are highly regarded;
Postgraduate studies are a plus.
