The Melbourne Arts Precinct Corporation oversees the delivery of the Melbourne Arts Precinct Transformation, providing governance and operational structure to Fed Square.
MAP Co leads the Melbourne Arts Precinct Transformation, a cultural infrastructure project delivering The Fox: NGV Contemporary and major rejuvenation of Arts Centre Melbourne.
The organization manages and operates Fed Square, connecting it to Southbank through a continuous art, civic, and cultural precinct.
Fed Square is the gateway to the art precinct, serving as Melbourne's public square, civic, cultural, and community heart.
It houses four major cultural institutions: ACMI, Koorie Heritage Trust, Melbourne Electronic Sound Studio, and The Ian Potter Centre: NGV Australia.
Fed Square is located opposite Flinders St Station, hosting thousands of free events annually, making it Melbourne's premier meeting place, tourist destination, and event venue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations, assets, and capital works program at Fed Square.
- Drive strategy, manage property and tenancies, and ensure outstanding cultural, commercial, and community outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven senior leadership in precinct or asset management, with experience in property, tenancy, operational excellence, and capital works projects.
Position Requirements:
- 5+ years at senior leadership level, with expertise in operations, property, or asset management.
