The Role Involves:
- Supporting individuals to recover and return to work and pre-injury activities using your clinical skills and knowledge;
- Conducting a range of different assessment services including: Initial Needs, Functional, Activities of Daily Living, Ergonomic, Pre-Employment Medical, Worksite, Transferable Skills Analysis, Vocational Assessments, Psychometric testing;
- Case management across various jurisdictions;
- Liaison with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
About You
You'll need expertise and communication skills to excel in this role. You'll be curious and continuously seek out ways to improve client experiences and outcomes. You will be qualified as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist with full registration. Additional requirements include a current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check. Occupational Rehabilitation experience is highly desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
