We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Installation Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a rapidly growing organisation, fostering open discussion, creativity, and innovation.

Job Overview

The Installation Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling all call-ups and installations from our builder channel every week. This involves coordinating with installers and liaising with builders to ensure that call-up dates and installations are completed in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities
  • Confirming future availability of installation teams
  • Scheduling appointments for the week/day
  • Recruiting electricians nationally with a focus on VIC & NSW
  • Liaising via phone and email with installers, builders, and site supervisors
  • Regular confirmations & rearrangement negotiations
  • Resolving issues as they arise before arriving onsite and onsite
  • Reaching resolutions by defusing and reassuring sometimes frustrated installers and supervisors
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2+ years relevant experience in the construction industry (scheduling, project management, BDM)
  • Charm and persuasion - you will need to be able to get your way
  • The ability to multitask
  • Effective problem-solving
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Tech savvy and commercially astute
  • Currently residing in the Northern Rivers/Gold Coast region (able to commute to our Byron Bay office Monday-Friday)
Bonus Points

You will also be considered if you have:

  • Experience dealing with contractors or trades (Highly regarded)
  • Experience negotiating trading terms or contracts
  • Salesforce experience
  • Experience using Google Sheets or Excel
