About the Role

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you'll be responsible for scheduling installations, ensuring a smooth day-to-day workflow for our installers and customers.

You'll work closely with our technical, logistics, and customer service teams to keep everything running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm installer availability nationwide
  • Reschedule and manage daily/weekly appointment changes
  • Manage inbound calls and texts from customers and contractors
  • Provide regular confirmations and negotiate rearrangements
  • Resolve issues quickly and calmly, reassuring both customers and contractors

About You

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in project coordination or BDM roles
  • Strong background in customer service
  • Persuasive and confident communicator
  • Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Quick problem-solver with a calm, professional approach
