**About the Oppotunity**

Reporting through to the Customer Support Manager, the role is responsible for providing field and technical support to the customer, assist with machine reliability / availability, parts & warranty & managing client requirements relevant to equipment support for the Liebherr Excavators on site.

Extensive experience with Liebherr excavators as well as sound diagnostic skills desirable.

**Skills & Duties**:

- Electrical/Mechanical diagnosis and repairing of faults on all site machines (Mechanical and Hydraulic fault finding also required) (R996, R9600, R9800)
- Assist with required major and minor services to site machines including shutdowns as directed
- Management of warranty jobs and assisting with site claim submissions
- Complete machine health assessments and appropriate reporting
- Accurate completion of documentation including timesheets, maintenance requests and any site-specific documentation required
- Actively promote Liebherr as a 'solutions provider'
- Ensure the customer is supplied with all applicable communication relevant to goods and services provided
- Liaise with supervisors and tradespeople
- Coaching and mentoring of Liebherr and Customer Technicians

**About You**:

- Trade Qualified - Heavy Plant Trade (Fitter or Electrician)
- Demonstrated diagnostics and fault-finding knowledge
- High level of experience and expertise with Liebherr excavators
- High level of attention to detail and quality execution.
- Customer support experience
- Self-motivated and excellent communication skills
- A current driver's license
