Storeperson/Parts Advisor

Your New Opportunity:

We're looking for a motivated Storeperson / Parts Advisor to join our Parts team at Singleton. In this hybrid role, you'll balance warehouse duties with parts support, ensuring stock flows smoothly and our customers and workshop receive the parts they need on time.

In this role you will:

• Receive, check, store, pick, and dispatch parts inventory.
• Assist the Parts team with interpreting and supplying parts for workshop and customer needs.
• Ensure stock levels are accurate and maintained, including participating in regular stocktakes.
• Monitor and follow up on customer backorders, providing timely updates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
• Support merchandising displays and parts sales initiatives.
• Participate in parts on-call / call-out activities.

About you:

• Experience in a warehouse, storeperson, or parts environment (preferred).
• Knowledge of safe work practices and warehouse processes.
• Computer skills including MS Office and basic inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently.
• Clear communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
