reliable Loader Operator
to join our
Boonanarring team
.
The opportunity
This is a
permanent, full-time
role based at our
composting production facility
.
You'll work
Monday to Friday
,
6:00am to 3:30pm
, and
every second Saturday
,
7:00am to 2:00pm
.
The
roster is stable and flexible
, with
occasional overtime
included.
What you'll be doing

•
Operating front-end loaders

• Producing
composts, potting mixes, and soil conditioners

• Supporting
quality control
to ensure
high production standards

• Performing
basic maintenance
on vehicles, machinery, and equipment

• Managing
stock control
,
processing orders
, and
document control

• Meeting
production targets
and
customer satisfaction goals

• Following
operating procedures
(
training provided
)

Loader operator ticket
and relevant experience

•
Excavator and Forklift
ticket are desirable

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Willingness to
learn
and
follow procedures

• Experience in the
waste industry
is helpful but
not required
