About the position

We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our Engineering Construction team. You will be responsible for transporting materials to and from worksites, ensuring safety, accuracy, and compliance.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Transport materials safely and efficiently across worksites following operational policies
  2. Perform measurements and interpret plans for quality control
  3. Operate vehicles, plant, and equipment legally and safely
  4. Identify underground services to prevent conflicts
  5. Report vehicle and equipment maintenance needs

Candidate requirements:

  1. Experience operating a front-end loader in a similar environment
  2. Ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills in road construction
  3. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  4. Effective teamwork skills and initiative

Essential qualifications:

  • Current MR driver's license
  • White Card
  • Loader Operator ticket
  • Current National Police Clearance (less than 3 months old; may be required later)
