What will your typical day look like?
Radiator Technician – Key Responsibilities General Duties Execute tasks as instructed by the Section Foreman, Supervisor, or Production Manager.
Ensure all work is completed safely and promptly.
Component Handling Assess, repair, rebuild, strip, clean, flush, and test radiator parts and components.
Safety Compliance Adhere to safe working practices and wear appropriate PPE.
Follow procedures outlined in Safe Job Procedures (SJP) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
High-Risk Operations Operate forklifts and cranes only if licensed and qualified.
Complete lifting plans and TAKE 5 risk assessments prior to high-risk tasks.
Work Instructions Follow Shop Work Instructions (SWI), Standard Procedures (SP), and other directives accurately.
Quality Control Identify quality deviations and faults after training.
Follow non-conformance procedures and seek clarification when needed.
