We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of overhaul projects.
About the RoleThis is a senior-level technical position responsible for providing oversight throughout all phases of overhaul projects, ensuring execution meets operational requirements and safety standards.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end delivery of overhaul projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget are met.
- Provide technical oversight and input across all phases of overhaul scope development, planning, execution, and closeout.
- Ensure overhaul work meets engineering standards and operational requirements.
- Coordinate and supervise internal teams, contractors, and service providers to deliver project outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to align on project needs and expectations.
- Monitor project progress, address risks, and adapt plans as necessary to ensure successful execution.
- Provide clear and timely reporting on project status, risks, and performance to senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing complex overhauls or shutdowns, particularly involving large rotating or mechanical equipment.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and project delivery within heavy industrial environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially under time pressures.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage and manage cross-functional teams and external contractors.
- Commitment to safety and delivering results on time and on budget.
