We're looking for someone with a proven track record in sales and business development, who can grow and maintain high-value networks that drive results.
A robust referral network of external partners is valued.
You'll also have deep experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in lending, and a solid understanding of the home lending process.Demonstrated success in sales or business development, ideally within financial services or lending.Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities to manage a dynamic pipeline.Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a talent for creating long-term, positive client and partner relationships.A self-starter mindset with ambition and a collaborative spirit.Your existing network and referral contacts will be a valuable asset as you hit the ground running.Why join us?
