Mobile Home Finance Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Finance Manager to join our team and contribute to our success. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced residential or mobile lender to work in a high-performing culture with outstanding career development prospects.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and submit residential loan applications, as well as support the team with new-to-bank opportunities.
- Identify, develop, and drive mortgage sales, while recognizing cross-selling opportunities to deliver growth.
- Foster strong customer relationships, establish new connections, and build business acumen to provide tailored advice based on individual customer needs.
- Conduct credit analysis and oversee end-to-end home loan applications as required.
- Demonstrated track record of self-sourcing and writing home loan applications, exceeding targets in a similar bank or non-bank environment.
- Strong professional network.
- Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
- Sound financial knowledge and credit writing skills.
