We currently have an opportunity for a **Building Services Supervisor**to join our team in Perth. This role will be responsible for managing and supervising building services including renovation, alteration, extension, improvement or repair of a building being undertaken by sub-contractors is completed to required industry regulations. Working on our Social Housing contract and delivering to client KPIs and ensuring a strong service delivered.

**What you'll do**

The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:

- Supervising Planned or Quoted work to vacant or tenanted properties.
- Supervising Technical Services delivery and Defect Works.
- Work Order Management, and scope validations.
- Investigation and reporting of incidents within client and internal timeframes required.
- Completion of targeted site inspections and audits on subcontractors, internal staff and processes.
- Effectively communicate as a key client contact to help build Client relationships in a collaborative manner.

**What you'll bring**
- Relevant Trade License or suitable practical experience.
- Registered Building Practitioner under the Building Services (Registration) Act 2011 (WA).
- Validation of "Scopes of Work"
- Supervision and monitoring of subcontractors.
- Managing client relationships.
- Experience in MS office suites, in particular Microsoft Excel, word and Outlook.
- Mobile devices and technology proficient ie: tablets and laptop computers
