**About the role**

A key part of the **Professional Services Team **, the **Strategic Relationship Manager **is responsible for maintaining and further developing trusted partnerships with critical clients. Your success hinges on engaging clients and increasing annual services revenue. Additionally, you'll lead a team aligned to specific agreements, measuring success by client retention and annual revenue performance.

Other key areas of responsibilities will include:

- Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations and maintain/improve Sentral's net promoter score;
- Manage total contract revenue and profitability, providing updates to the executive team;
- Lead distributed Sentral and project teams to deliver commitments on time and within budget;
- Drive incremental revenues and new opportunities with clients;
- Collaborate with clients, Sentral Product & Engineering, and Marketing to meet client expectations;
- Manage a cross-functional team delivering to client priorities.

You will also bring:

- 7- 10 years+ experience in successfully managing clients engaged in highly complex delivery programmes incorporating development, implementation and transition projects and services;
- Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills with evidence of engaging successfully with senior (CIO, COO level) leaders and stakeholders;
- Demonstrated experience leading high performing teams and developing talent.
- Ability to delegate responsibilities and actions successfully to staff throughout the business;
- Able to develop team members to achieve full potential through coaching and support;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide strategic insights for continual performance improvements;
- Extensive experience implementing and driving new initiatives and platforms;
- Knowledge and experience in the education sector however not essential.
