**About the Role**

Based at our Surry Hills Support Office, you will be responsible for providing daily administrative support as well as creating and circulating communications, presentations and documentation to support the eCom Logistics team function.

As part of the eCom business that are currently delivering 350k+ orders per week with 1200 trucks, you are responsible for the delivery of valued administrative and communication support to the eCom Logistics team.

**What You'll Do:
- Provide general administrative support to the eCom Logistics team, including invoice processing, booking travel and preparation of itineraries and overall logístical requirements for the eCom Logistics team.
- Coordinate, update and circulate presentations and pre-read materials to relevant internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Establish, update and maintain communication materials, reporting and process documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Event management including room/venue bookings as well as preparation of relevant information prior to meetings.
- Provide a high level of customer service and support to all internal and external stakeholders

**About You**

Our new team member will have highly developed customer service skills, keen to get things done and with the ability to confidently communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

We're looking for a team player with:

- Excellent attention to detail, well developed prioritisation and organisational skills with the ability to multitask, solve day-to-day problems effectively, work autonomously and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in creating engaging corporate presentations, reports and communication materials for senior stakeholder groups.
- Resilience and a demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in 3PL and/or Logistics would be considered desirable, but not required.
- Please note that aligned to our stores and CFCs operating evenings and weekends, there may be times you are required to work outside of standard hours in a support capacity.-
