**What we're looking for**
The Administration Officer will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
**Role and responsibilities**
- Perform high level administrative duties, including managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit documents, comprehensive reports and presentations with accuracy
- Be responsible for meeting agendas and minute taking
- Be proficient in Microsoft Suite, specifically Word, Excel & Outlook
- Provide office support to team members and other departments as required
- Assist with data entry, record keeping and other adhoc tasks
- Understanding of the not-for-profit sector and a passion for the Alzheimer's Association's mission
