
Administration Officer

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator on a full-time basis to join our growing and dynamic team, based in Thorneside
Reporting to the Company Director, you will play an integral role in the administrative side of the business, with a strong emphasis on providing effective and efficient bookkeeping and office administration.
You will use your previous experience in similar roles to perform the following tasks:
- Providing support and information to the field team
- Accurately processing and keying in service orders and quotes and allocating to relevant team members
- Setup and maintain new and existing contractors and suppliers in systems
- Reception duties such as answering phones, responding to correspondence, and maintaining office cleanliness
- Perform errands that assist daily functions such and processing incoming and outgoing mail
What qualities does our next new team member have?
- Minimum 1-3 years general administration experience
- Highly effective communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a high performing team
- Be able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Be self-motivated, reliable, trustworthy and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Pay: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
