**Due to major growth we are expanding our Product team in Perth and currently looking for a Product Lead to join the team.**

At VGW, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional player engagement management products for Marketing, Customer Service, and Account Management across all our brands. Our focus is on scoping, implementing, and supporting modern CRM solutions that enable operational efficiency and enhance customer reach and personalisation. We prioritise building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations while fostering the long-term growth of our business.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Define and drive the product vision aligned with VGW objectives, ensuring success metrics are in place.
- Provide expert understanding of customer needs, regulatory requirements, and technological opportunities.
- Managing the growth and development of Product Managers, fostering a customer-centric culture, and handling budgetary responsibilities.
- Collaborate with leadership to assess hiring needs and develop frameworks to enable team success.
- Create a robust product roadmap addressing critical player experience challenges and driving customer trust.
- Ensure timely delivery of positive outcomes, leveraging engineering teams and agile methodologies effectively.
- Foster close collaboration with VGW stakeholders to influence solutions for optimal outcomes.
- Manage conflicting stakeholder priorities transparently while maximising product value and team efforts.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- 6+ years of related product management experience.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering product strategy and roadmaps.
- Experience in stakeholder management at all levels.
- Experience in a fast-paced technology/digital business environment.
- Experience delivering products iteratively via agile methodology(s).
- Strong presentation skills and experience with remote work management.
