Product Promotion Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of motivated engineers in building, running and analyzing promotions directly on web and mobile platforms.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams with UI/UX designers, content designers, product managers and engineers to deliver efficient and effective engineering solutions. They will create tools and improve code structure to ensure productive work environments.

  • You'll lead engineers who build, run and analyze promotions directly on the platform.
  • You'll lead your team to develop innovative solutions while creating tools and improving code structure.
  • You'll work in a cross-functional team with designers, product managers and engineers.
  • You'll empower your team to resolve technical conflicts efficiently and effectively.
  • You'll collaborate closely with senior leaders for company-wide launches and events.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership skills, experience working with marketing campaigns and product promotions, and knowledge of JavaScript and web technologies (HTML/CSS). They will have very strong software engineering fundamentals and first principles, comfortable contributing to design documents and performing thorough code reviews.
