Based in Dandenong, we're known for precision work, innovation, and a dedication to quality.About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Motor Mechanic to join our growing team in Dandenong.
In this full-time position, you'll be responsible for assembling, repairing and diagnosing differential systems and driveline components for a range of vehicles and custom applications.What You'll Be Doing:Disassemble, inspect and rebuild differentials including 9-inch, BorgWarner and other performance setupsDiagnose issues in driveline systems and recommend appropriate solutionsPerform fitment, backlash adjustments, and gear setup with precisionRead and follow technical diagrams, job cards, and customer specificationsMaintain a clean and well-organised workspaceCollaborate with the fabrication and workshop team to meet build schedulesStay current with evolving differential technology and toolsWhat We're Looking For:Trade qualification as a Motor Mechanic, Automotive Driveline Specialist, or similarProven experience working with differentials and driveline systemsStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to interpret workshop drawings and technical specificationsCommitment to high standards of workmanship and safetyA team-oriented mindset with strong communication skillsManual driver's licence requiredWelding or fabrication knowledge is a bonus but not essentialWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and secure full-time positionCareer growth and continuous technical trainingAll tools and PPE providedSupportive and collaborative workshop environmentFlexible working options for work-life balanceIf you're passionate about high-performance mechanical work and want to be part of a leading diff specialist team — we'd love to hear from you.
