Responsibilities
Spend your shift with the person you support, making the biggest impact on their lives.
Work with a small, stable team to provide consistent care and support.
Be trained in areas such as Autism, Learning Disabilities, Epilepsy, and Moving & Positioning.
Receive training, ongoing support, PPE, and opportunities for professional development.
Who you will be supporting
We are a close-knit group of four housemates aged between 40 and 68, living in a warm and friendly home in St Helens. We value respect, kindness, and a good sense of humour, with individual personalities and interests.

Staying connected with families and providing emotional and practical support.
Maintaining routines and understanding the value of encouragement to try new things.

Other important information
We have at least 2 core staff during the day and 2 core staff at night.
Shifts vary; currently 8am – 8pm and 8pm – 8am, with potential alternative shifts.
We are looking for good listeners who are willing to train and grow in supporting us.
