About this role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team, providing essential in-home support to older people in the local community.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performing household tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, laundry and tidying
  • Preparing light meals and assisting with grocery shopping
  • Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and shared living areas
  • Providing social support and transport to appointments and community activities
  • Monitoring client wellbeing and promptly reporting any concerns

Requirements:

  • Full Australian working rights
