Disability Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. Our mission is to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with physical disabilities.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills
  • Experience working with individuals with physical disabilities, including manual handling
  • Ability to provide personal care and support with daily living tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to our values of respect, empathy, and inclusivity

The successful candidate will be required to work varied shifts, including sleepovers, day support, and in-home evening support. You will also need to hold a full driver's licence and be comfortable driving clients' vehicles.

In addition to the above requirements, certain checks will be undertaken as part of our recruitment process. These may include an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
