
Learning And Development Administrator

Talent International is currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Administrator to work for the NSW Government, based in Parramatta. This position is a contract role for 3 months initially, with the view to be extended and pays a daily rate between $530- 550 per day + Super.
8 hours per day / 40hours per week
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support across L&D programs, including training coordination, room bookings, catering, and prework.
Manage stakeholder and vendor relationships, including negotiating costs, contracts, and compliance with procurement and finance processes.
Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (Compass), including escalations.
Oversee invoice reconciliations, chargebacks, and payments through Business Connect.
Support process improvements, develop user guides, and proactively market L&D services across the organisation.
Track L&D spend, report compliance, and ensure workflows across Jira Boards are managed effectively.
Partner with the L&D team to drive continuous improvement in administration and competency programs.
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in Learning & Development Administration.
Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated ability to navigate organisational systems and processes.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.
Strong time management, accuracy, and attention to detail.
A proactive team player with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (desirable).
Tech-savvy with exposure to learning technologies (VR, broadcasting tools) highly regarded.
