Goosehead Insurance is looking for new graduates to join our team.

This role focuses on building a book of business and delivering tailor-made insurance solutions.Location: Charlotte, NCNote: This description reflects current role responsibilities and requirements; it is not intended to imply a closed position or guarantee of employment.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesBuild a book of business through prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industries.Work with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.Compensation SummaryThe Account Executive position has a first-year on-target earnings target of approximately $90,000.
The compensation package includes a base salary plus uncapped variable commissions and a one-time conditional sign-on bonus.
