Salary: From $86.15 per hour to $93.08 per hour + superannuation depending on experience and qualifications.
Location: Dandenong.

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Casual Teacher Engineering - Computer Numerical Control (CNC), your key responsibilities include- Plan education practices and delivery sessions that reflect the most effective way to engage learnersEnsure that teaching materials and resources meet all regulatory standards, training packages and related requirementsEstablish and maintain a positive learning environment, including encouraging students to take responsibility for their own learningAdapt learning and assessment materials to cater for different students, learning environments, facilities, and resourcesUndertake a range of administrative, coordination, and learning services activities directly related to the areas taughtAssist in relation to the establishment, maintenance, and review of teaching programsMaintain a respectful, and safe environment free from discrimination, bullying and harassment.Support Chisholm's Social Justice Charter and its commitment and principles for achieving social justice for all people at Chisholm.
ABOUT YOU You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in transferring knowledge, including the ability to research, select and use a wide range of learning resources and assessment tools.
You are a skilled educator who researches, selects, and utilizes diverse learning resources and assessment tools to design tailored teaching materials across multiple formats.
You develop and deliver innovative teaching sessions using technology like Moodle, adapting your approach to engage different learning styles while ensuring all materials meet regulatory standards and training package requirements.
Qualifications required for the role: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or qualifications that meet the Standards for RTOs 2015.Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Vocational qualifications at AQF level 3 and/or level 4.Vocational currency as demonstrated through a range of work and related experience.A record of Vocational Competency, mapped to Units of Competency engaged to deliver.A record of Professional Currency, demonstrating current industry and teaching knowledge.
