Cultural Engagement Manager

As we grow and scale our business and accelerate our shift towards operating like a tech company, we're doubling down our effort on culture: sustaining the strong, diverse and adaptive culture we're very proud of, while guiding and shaping it as a culture that supports, engages and enables digital, design, data and engineering mindsets to thrive.

We're establishing a cultural engagement team of two people (a lead and an executive/manager) to drive this activity, reporting to the Head of Communications and Engagement.

Our new cultural engagement manager/executive will support and work with the cultural engagement lead to:

- Define our target state for a digitally savvy, data driven, design led, engineering enabled culture, and plan and deliver a program of work to achieve this shift.
- Build a data-based understanding of how our people experience our Banking and Financial Services culture, across our various demographics, teams, locations and backgrounds, and design and deliver approaches to deliver desired shifts in opportunity areas.
- Articulate this culture as part of our Employee Value Proposition and employer brand, and work with our resourcing and social media teams to bring this story to life across events and social media, to attract tech talent.
- Encourage and uplift employee advocacy of Banking and Financial Services as a great place to work, and encourage talent referrals.
- Sustain and enhancing Banking and Financial Services' culture through our move to a new, Macquarie-wide Sydney office.
- Continue to embed hybrid working as 'just how we work'.
