We have an opportunity for a Manager - Culture and Engagement to be part of our People, Strategy and Engagement team.
The Manager - Culture and Engagement is responsible for steering the definition, development, implementation and evaluation of the organisation's high level corporate culture and employee engagement strategies to maximise the contribution of the workplace to the achievement of corporate goals and objectives.
The position is responsible for the consolidation and review of existing strategies from across the organisation that impact culture development.
Responsibilities
• Define, develop, implement and evaluate the organisation's culture and employee engagement strategies.
• Consolidate and review existing strategies from across the organisation that impact culture development.
• Align culture and engagement initiatives with corporate goals and objectives.
• Stakeholder engagement and change management related to culture programs.
