About the role
We have an opportunity for a Manager - Culture and Engagement to be part of our People, Strategy and Engagementteam. The Manager - Culture and Engagement is responsible for steering the definition, development, implementation and evaluation of the organisation's high level corporate culture and employee engagement strategies to maximise the contribution of the workplace to the achievement of corporate goals and objectives. The position is responsible for the consolidation and review of existing strategies from across the organisation that impact culture development.
