About the Role

Our People, Strategy and Engagement team requires a Manager - Culture and Engagement to lead corporate culture and employee engagement strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for steering the definition, development, implementation, and evaluation of these high-level strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking an experienced leader to consolidate and review existing organisational strategies impacting culture development.
  • The Manager will develop and implement cultural initiatives to maximise workplace contributions to corporate goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate has experience leading the development or implementation of a workplace culture initiative within a complex organisation.
  • Ability to use data to identify cultural issues and drive change initiatives is essential.
