We are a fashion Jewellery brand based in the inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne. We are recruiting for a DC Manager currently working in the fashion industry.

You will lead a small warehouse team in a fast-paced environment in order to achieve operational requirements and drive improvements.

The role would be ideal if you're DC or Warehouse Manager with previous Supply Chain experience within a pick-pack type environment and experience with inbound international freight who is looking for a career with a leading retailer.

**The Opportunity**
- A DC or warehouse leader or team member with experience in a pick, pack and ship to stores, who is not afraid to be hands-on within a warehouse environment
- A strong clear communicator
- Results-driven and able to deliver within tight time frames consistently
- Able to develop strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Can solve issues as they arise and know when to escalate
- A process-driven individual who has worked with RMS Retail Management System preferred
- Can suggest and act on operational improvements

**What will be required from you**:

- Managing personnel, workload and inventory
- Ensure that all work is performed within operational guidelines and in an efficient manner within health and safety guidelines
- Liaise with all internal stakeholders to achieve customer service excellence
- Driving warehouse operations, inclusive of managing all warehouse duties such as shipping, receiving of materials, unpacking containers, stocking, picking goods for deliveries and ensure these are all completed within company guidelines and company/customer timelines
- Working with management to meet operational goals
- Managing freight operations effectively
