We're on the lookout for a passionate, results-driven National Retail Manager
 to lead and support our store network across Australia. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for driving retail performance, leading regional and store teams, and shaping the customer experience at a National level.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-moving and ever-evolving retail environment. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of 
HARLI + HARPA
 — leading by example, building high-performing teams, and making a genuine impact as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all retail operations across the National store network to deliver strong commercial results.
• Drive performance through effective leadership, setting clear expectations, and holding teams accountable.
• Work closely with State and Regional Managers to ensure high standards in visual merchandising, customer experience, and operational excellence.
• Monitor KPIs and sales performance across all stores, identifying opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Lead new store openings ensuring seamless execution and successful launches.
• Coach, develop, and mentor regional and store teams, fostering a high-performance, team-first culture.
• Regularly visit stores across the country to provide on-the-ground support and maintain close engagement with teams.
• Oversee rostering, productivity, and other cost controls to ensure operational efficiency.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a multi-site retail management role (e.g. Regional, State, or National level).
• Proven track record of driving retail sales, team engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, budgeting, and reporting.
• Experience leading through growth and change, including new store rollouts or major retail transformations.
• A sound knowledge of visual merchandising principles and retail operations best practice.
• Flexibility to travel nationally as required.
