**Customer Experience Analyst**
- $110,000 + Super
- 12-month fixed contract
- Docklands location | Highly Flexible

**About the role**:
As a Customer Experience Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing customer feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement in our customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of customer experience best practices and be familiar with ServiceNow. You should also possess excellent analytical skills and be able to effectively communicate your findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

SERV, or Secure Electronic Registries Victoria (formerly Victorian Land Registry Services), is a data insights and technology company that was granted a 40-year concession to administer registry services for the 160-year-old Victorian Land Titles Office and Registry.

They are a vital part of the Victorian economy who support more than a million property transactions every year, maintain the integrity of one of Australia's largest registries, and provide vital industry insights. **Skills/experience Required**:

- Previous experience as a customer experience analyst.
- Previous experience in a customer facing role.
- Experience working on ServiceNow platform (Desired).
- Experience working on 8x8 (Desired)
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Can-do attitude
