Your new role:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Coordinator to lead the Needle and Syringe Program (NSP) at Logan Community Health Centre.
This role plays a vital part in supporting harm minimisation strategies and community health outcomes.
In this role, you will: Coordinate and maintain NSP services, including the provision of clean equipment, health information, and client support.
Supervise and lead a small team to ensure effective, client-focused service delivery.
Develop and implement policies, procedures and protocols to support NSP operations.
Build strong partnerships with health providers, community groups, and government/non-government organisations.
About you:
We are looking for a proactive and collaborative individual who is passionate about improving community health through harm minimisation.
The ideal candidate will have: Experience in coordinating community health programs and maintaining accurate records and data systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of, addiction and mental health services, policies and systems.
