About the Role
- Provide a meet and greet service to customers and support other administrative staff to respond to general reception enquiries by answering all incoming telephone calls and ensuring accurate transfer of messages and information to support consumers and staff.
- Execute ethical decision-making, in the achievement of departmental and Organisational objectives whilst continuously reviewing work practices to maintain high professional work standards, seeking ways for ongoing improvement.
