Community Health Program Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead the Needle and Syringe Program (NSP) at Logan Community Health Centre. This role supports harm minimisation strategies and community health outcomes.

This position will coordinate and maintain NSP services, including the provision of clean equipment, health information, and client support.

You will also supervise and lead a small team to ensure effective service delivery.

This role requires experience in coordinating community health programs and maintaining accurate records and data systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
