Join our team today.About the roleWith an exciting brownfields hard-rock mining project on the horizon, we're seeking experienced Site Administrators.
Located nearby Southern Cross, these roles are offered on a FIFO 8/6 roster from Perth or DIDO roster from surrounding towns.In this role, you will:Coordinate and deliver efficient and effective administration planning and supportMaintaining rosters and inputting employee hoursMaintain reports, filing systems and personnel files as directedMaintain correspondence notes, filing systems and process invoices and procure employees in compliance with company requirementsAbout YouAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with JDE & Inex requiredExperience in mining operations administrationProfessional, mature and reliable approach to duties and colleaguesWhat Thiess Can Do for YouPermanent full-time positionsFull camp facilities providedThiess' commitment to training & developmentRange of corporate discounts including health insurance (Medibank), travel & retail products.About UsWe partner with our clients to deliver excellence in open cut and underground mining in Australia, Asia and the Americas.
