It offers a unique blend of FIFO site work and administration at our head office on a flexible roster.
The role provides exposure to prestigious clients in the mining industry within the Pilbara region, and the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Reviewing systems and processes for efficiencies
Updating reporting metrics and databases
Document Control as per Mammoet and client standards
Collating Quotes and invoicing
Supporting staff with enquiries and weekly timesheets
Assisting with mobilisation requirements and procurement
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Two years site Administration / Coordinator experience
Professional level experience in administrative systems and MS Office suite capabilities including Excel
Ability to work autonomously and show initiative
High attention to detail
Sound verbal and written communication skills
A team player with the ability to form strong relationships remotely
SAP experience desirable
