**Your Next Role**
We're looking for an energetic, people oriented **Assistant Sales Manager** who thrives in a busy dealership. If you love leading a team, supporting customers, and keeping things running smoothly, you'll feel right at home here. You'll help drive sales, inspire the team and make sure every customer leaves happy.
**A Day in the Life**
Your day will be full of variety - coaching the sales team, jumping on new leads, guiding customers through our Isuzu UTE range, finance and aftercare options, and keeping our vehicles and online listings looking sharp. You'll step up for the Sales Manager when needed, manage stock and paperwork with ease, and help create a positive, high energy vibe across the dealership.
**What We're Looking For**
You'll have at least three years' experience in dealership automotive sales, with leadership experience preferred but not essential. You're friendly, approachable, and know how to build great relationships. You love the thrill of hitting targets and achieving results. Staying organised comes naturally, and you never miss a detail. You're proactive and ready to step up whenever the team needs you.
**What You'll Need to Succeed**
You deliver stand out service from the first hello to the final handover. You're confident training and motivating the team. You know how to merchandise, advertise, and manage inventory. Closing sales is your strength, and admin is a breeze. You bring a positive attitude every day and are always ready to help out. Most importantly, you hold a valid current driver's licence so you're ready to jump in and get things moving whenever needed.
