**About the role**

The Manager Securitisation has a key role in the execution and maintenance of structured finance transactions for the Bank.

The role is key to the optimisation of funding structures to minimise costs of funds for the Bank.

The position is responsible for ongoing compliance with trust documentation and regulatory requirement including all reporting (internal and external).

The role includes managing and delivering cross-functional projects, and stakeholder relationships at the senior level.

**About you**

In this role, you will need:

- Tertiary qualification, preferably in finance, banking, economics or accounting
- At least 7-10 years prior experience in a finance or treasury environment with exposure to capital markets/structured finance
- Experience in securitisation transactions and associated documentation.
- Strong understanding of APRA and ASIC regulations, specifically APS120
- Confident in dealing with internal and external stakeholders at a senior level
- Strong understanding for governance frameworks.
- Knowledge of risk and compliance associated with securitisation
