Job Title: Structured Finance Services Associate

This role offers a unique opportunity to join our team in Melbourne, VIC. As a Structured Finance Services Associate, you will play a key part in managing NAB's securitisation and trust manager book.

  • Support the team in preparing accurate investor, regulatory, and trust manager reports.
  • Manage funding requests, system inputs, and client deliverables with precision.
  • Partner across NAB treasury, Legal and Operations to support complex deals.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance and accurate documentation. You will also manage time-sensitive tasks independently, escalating issues early to keep things on track.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in corporate/institutional banking or operations.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfortable working across multiple systems.
  • Detail-oriented, independent, and accountable, aligned to NAB's values.
  • Tertiary qualifications in finance or related discipline. AFMA accreditation is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Ideal experience working with Loan IQ and/or ABS Suites.
