Job Role:

The position entails overseeing the surveillance of third-party securitisation transactions and associated reporting requirements within a portfolio.

This involves data loading, review, report preparation, and collaboration with stakeholders (internal and external) to complete processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of data and functionality in PoolMaster - a proprietary securitisation reporting tool
  • Closely work with businesses involved in third-party securitisation transactions, including originations, operations, second-line risk, and client data teams
  • Contribute to corporate finance initiatives beyond the everyday role, focusing on customers, team, shareholders, community, and innovation

About This Opportunity:

Gaining exposure to NAB's third-party securitisation business, clients, and data, as well as facilities provided and reporting (including regulatory) for these exposures

Opportunities to collaborate with other businesses using the PoolMaster tool

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Undergraduate qualification in a business or related field
  • Excel skills (medium to advanced)
  • Effective time management tools and techniques to ensure timely delivery of work
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to quickly grasp concepts and systems
  • Ability to examine data and identify elements causing issues
  • Prior experience in data reporting and analytics or securitisation, ideally both
