Job DescriptionSailPoint EngineerImplementation of complex Identity Management / User JML processes and use cases as per the business requirements specification and overall technical designIntegration of SailPoint IGA system with at least one authoritative source is desirableConfiguration and customization of SailPoint connectors connectors (AD, Web Services and out of the box)Implemented automated provisioning/de-provisioning, trusted/target system reconciliation, Self Service password/profile managementPolicies configurations and UI CustomizationsStrong knowledge and experience in user provisioning, entitlement review and certification, enterprise directory architecture and design and role-based access controlAbility to quickly adapt to rapidly changing business needs and operational directives and deliver superior results.
Ability to take ownership of systems, processes, and work both independently and in collaboration with team members Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Business AnalystWork with business IT owners to gather information needed for business application integration with IAM solution like SailPoint Work with technical IAM solutions team, solutions delivery, service owners, architects, project manager's infrastructure teams to understand and define SailPoint onboarding including technical and role data gathering, onboarding applications and UAT.Synthesize Business Requirements and extract actual requirements from subjective wish lists and "nice to haves" Derive Functional Requirements from Business Requirements Document access certification workflows, provisioning / de-provisioning workflows and any future state ("to be") workflows and process in a visual model Translate future state workflows into executable business processesExcellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills TesterExperience in Test Plan/Strategy and Test Case preparation for SailPoint implementations including base implementations, SailPoint OOTB and custom connectors and application on-boardingGeneration of test results & test reports as per strategyDeveloped test cases and performed testing for automated provisioning/de-provisioning, connectors, trusted/target system reconciliation, Self Service password/profile management, etc.Developed test cases and performed testing for IDAM Use cases, JML use cases and user access provisioningRequirementsSailPoint IAM Business Analyst / Tester
