SailPoint Tester

DeliveryCentric is looking for an experienced SailPoint Tester to join our growing Identity & Access Management (IAM) practice. This role is critical in ensuring the success of SailPoint implementations by designing, executing, and managing robust testing strategies across provisioning, connectors, and application onboarding. You will work closely with architects, developers, and stakeholders to validate that IAM solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, prepare, and execute comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases for SailPoint implementations, covering both out-of-the-box (OOTB) and custom connectors.
• Perform detailed testing for automated provisioning/de-provisioning, trusted and target system reconciliation, and self-service capabilities such as password resets and profile management.
• Develop test cases for critical IAM scenarios, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows and user access provisioning, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
• Accurately generate test results, reports, and supporting documentation to meet audit, security, and project governance requirements.
• Partner with IAM solution teams, business analysts, and security stakeholders to identify issues, troubleshoot gaps, and improve delivery quality throughout the lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements and testing best practices across IAM programs.

Qualifications

• Strong, proven experience as a tester in SailPoint implementations with expertise in test strategy, planning, and execution.
• In-depth understanding of Identity & Access Management processes, including provisioning, reconciliation, and JML lifecycle events.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint OOTB features, custom connectors, and enterprise application onboarding.
• Familiarity with compliance, audit, and security frameworks to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills with the ability to work effectively in agile and collaborative teams.
