Identity Management Professional

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and implement complex identity management processes and use cases in alignment with business requirements.

As a key member of the technical IAM solutions team, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand and define SailPoint onboarding processes, including technical and role data gathering.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing identity management processes and use cases that meet business needs
  • Collaborating with the technical IAM solutions team to develop SailPoint onboarding strategies
  • Deriving functional requirements from business requirements documents and translating them into executable business processes

Requirements for success in this role include:

  • Strong knowledge of user provisioning, entitlement review and certification, and enterprise directory architecture and design
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective communication and collaboration
